Been training at Newstrength for just over 2 months now getting programming and tailored PT sessions, can’t recommend these guys enough very knowledgeable, helpful and just an awesome all round experience. Has helped me a lot with some injuries I had been struggling with in such a professional manner. Get down and see these guys I guarantee you will be fitter faster and stronger in no time !!

After losing my love of gym for 12 months I was convinced to give the group environment at new strength a go. After about 20 minutes into my first session I was hooked. The community the staff have developed there is truly something special and it made getting back into my health and fitness goals easier and achievable. I’m extremely grateful for all their encouragement and support because without them I wouldn’t have made the progress I have today.

Newstrength is a place where anyone from anywhere can come to get fit and strong. Whether it’s doing the group classes or doing some 1 on 1, the coaches are amazing people who truely care and the whole community is full of good people. The training style here can suit anyone. If you’re looking for a place to start, this is the place. Training here has really changed me as a person physically and mentally and I always and will continue to look forward to training here. Signing up to Newstrength was by far the best decision I have ever made! When I started training at Newstrength over two years ago I was anxious to step back into a gym, but that quickly disappeared! The team genuinely care about each of their members and you can confidently walk in knowing that you're not just another number. Their constant check ins, motivation boosts and meticulously planned training programs are the reason I’ve stayed and will never leave! You guys are stuck with me forever :)

The guys here at Newstrength are on a different level. I first meet Nath and Jacob sometime around 2017 and I knew they had something different to anywhere else I had been before. At the time I was a pretty anxious dude and these guys put me at ease, got me training and helped grow my confidence. I went with the intention of losing a few kgs but ended up with real connections and a love of what Newstrength is. These guys go above and beyond. These guys taught me more than just lifting weights, they taught me about nutrition, they helped me manage injuries and adapt so I could still train and were genuinely good mates. After a bit of a stint away when life got a bit crazy I reconnected this year and all I’ve got to say is it’s only gotten better. For anyone sitting on the fence, just do it! Just check them out. The guys will be happy to have you along to check them out and see for yourself. You’ll be thankful you did.

Most gym environments can be overwhelming and expect you to handle everything on your own, but joining Newstrength has been one of the best health decisions I’ve ever made. The team is fantastic, providing support every step of the way. They consistently check in, ensure you’re challenging yourself, and help you take care of yourself, so you become strong and confident both in the gym and in life.
