Newstrength has honestly changed my life for the better. Even though I had been to the gym before I never knew what I was doing at the end of the day. I would walk in throw stuff around and leave.The coaches continuously educate you on what you’re doing and why, especially when introducing new movements or exercises. If an exercise is too difficult or you have an injury, the coaches can always provide a solution or can offer a progression so you don’t feel like your missing out, which is incredible.After training with a PT for a while and consistently showing up to the group classes, I was fortunate enough to participate in my first powerlifting competition, placing 3rd. I could not of done it without the amazing support of all the coaches, helping me every step of way! They truly are family 🥲
