The guys here at Newstrength are on a different level. I first meet Nath and Jacob sometime around 2017 and I knew they had something different to anywhere else I had been before. At the time I was a pretty anxious dude and these guys put me at ease, got me training and helped grow my confidence. I went with the intention of losing a few kgs but ended up with real connections and a love of what Newstrength is. These guys go above and beyond. These guys taught me more than just lifting weights, they taught me about nutrition, they helped me manage injuries and adapt so I could still train and were genuinely good mates.
